Every activity on your account earns points — the more you play, the faster you move up
Live Baccarat at pokerace99 earns the highest points rate of any game on the platform — ideal for players who want to tier up faster while enjoying an authentic live casino experience.
Place bets on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton or e-sports matches and earn double loyalty points compared to regular bets. Can be combined with active sports bonuses.
All slot spins and other casino games earn points at the standard rate. With over 1,200 slot titles available, there's no shortage of ways to build your points while having fun.
Every time you deposit using a recommended Malaysian payment method, you automatically receive 50 bonus points — regardless of the deposit amount.
Every friend you invite who makes their first deposit earns you 200 bonus loyalty points on top of the RM 30 cash bonus. It's the fastest way to grow your points with zero betting risk.
Note: Loyalty points are calculated based on total wagers placed, not deposits. Wagers made using bonus credits do not count toward point accumulation. You can check your point balance under "VIP Account" in your pokerace99 dashboard at any time.
More than just cashback — our VIP program is designed to reward your loyalty in full
Diamond members get a dedicated account manager reachable via WhatsApp, email, or live chat at any time. Not a bot — a real person who understands your needs.
The higher your VIP tier, the more you can withdraw each day. Diamond members can withdraw as much as they want with no daily cap.
Gold and Diamond members gain access to exclusive baccarat and roulette tables with higher betting limits, a more private setting, and dedicated experienced dealers.
Diamond members are invited to live betting events, VIP gala evenings and premium casino outings. This is more than just an online platform — it's an exclusive community.
The weekly cashback rate increases with your VIP tier — from 5% at Bronze up to 15% at Diamond. The more you play, the more you get back.
Withdrawal requests from Gold and Diamond members are processed with high priority. No long waiting times — your funds arrive faster than they would for standard members.
From birthday gifts to anniversary rewards for Diamond members — pokerace99 celebrates every milestone that matters to our VIP members.
VIP accounts benefit from an added layer of security, including manual reviews for unusual activity and dedicated support for account recovery with faster response times.
Not all VIP programs are created equal. Many platforms use the "VIP" label purely as a marketing tactic — but when you actually try to claim the promised benefits, hidden terms make it nearly impossible. At pokerace99, we take our commitment to VIP members seriously.
VIP Rewards Program pokerace99 built with one core goal: to ensure loyal players receive value that's truly worth their time and money. This isn't a token cashback that's hard to cash out — it's a comprehensive rewards package, starting from the very first day you sign up.
One of the biggest frustrations with VIP programs on other platforms is the complicated application process. At pokerace99, upgrades happen automatically based on your monthly deposit. Once you hit the deposit threshold for the next tier, the system will update your VIP level within 24 hours — and all new benefits will be activated immediately.
Likewise, if your deposit the following month falls short of the minimum threshold, your tier will be maintained for one additional month before any adjustment is made. We understand that some months are busier than others — and we don't believe in penalising your long-term loyalty over a single quieter month.
Weekly cashback is the heartbeat of the VIP program pokerace99. Every Monday, our members receive a percentage of their previous week's net losses returned directly to their account. For Diamond members at the 15% rate, that can mean tens or even hundreds of MYR credited back every single week.
More importantly — our cashback comes with a low rollover requirement. Cashback credits only require a 3x rollover before they can be withdrawn, compared to other platforms that may impose a 10x rollover or higher on their cashback. This means cashback from pokerace99 genuinely worthwhile — not just impressive numbers on paper.
For Diamond members, the feature that draws the most positive feedback is the personal account manager. This isn't a ticketing system or a standard support queue — you get a direct line to a manager who knows your account history, understands your gaming preferences and can resolve any issue in a fraction of the usual time.
Your account manager can also assist with adjusting your account limits, share details on exclusive promotions not yet publicly announced and ensure your experience at pokerace99 runs seamlessly at all times. This is the standard of service you'd normally only find at a premium brick-and-mortar casino — now available online.
A strong VIP program must be built on trust. At pokerace99, all VIP program terms and conditions are written clearly and in plain language. There are no hidden clauses that allow us to cancel your VIP benefits arbitrarily. Any changes to the VIP program will be communicated to members at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your VIP account information — including betting history, point balance, and personal details — is stored with full SSL encryption and is never shared with any third party. Your Diamond account manager only has access to the information needed to serve you. Read our Privacy Policy us for more information.
We at pokerace99 aware that poorly designed rewards programs can pressure players into spending beyond their means just to chase higher VIP tiers. That's why we encourage all members to set a monthly deposit limit on their account — even if it means taking longer to reach the next VIP level.
The best VIP rewards aren't the ones you earn the fastest — they're the ones that last. Play within your means, accumulate points steadily over time, and watch the benefits grow alongside your experience and betting skills. That's the way pokerace99 designed this program.
What our members say about our rewards program
"I've been a Gold member at pokerace99 for almost a year. The 10% cashback every Monday is no joke — it lands right at 9 AM. There was a week I lost over RM 800, and I got RM 80 back. Small, but it counts. Now I'm working towards Diamond."
"My account manager — Amirul — was genuinely helpful. When I had a withdrawal issue last week, he sorted it out within 10 minutes. No waiting in a support queue for hours. That's what sets pokerace99 apart for me."
"Just moved up to Silver last month. The RM 50 birthday bonus was a pleasant surprise — didn't expect them to remember. The rollover requirement is reasonable too, just 5x. Converted it to game credits and used it to play baccarat. It's great when a platform actually values its members."
